We are a boutique Pilates Studio located on the Gold Coast ,in the  beautiful and peaceful area of Numinbah Valley.

Our studio specialises in : Pilates for Horse riders -See tab The Core Rider Program

                 : Small Group Older Adult Classes

We have a maximum of 4 people in our Older Adult Group Classes .

Our The Core Rider Program  is designed for one on one sessions but can accomodate a Duo if you have a rider buddy you would like to  train with. 

Our small group older Adult classes are super fun and are designed each week to help with balance, stability, coordination and laughter , lots of laughter.

Our passion is  helping people become fearless movers,Help you build body confidence in your body.

 No matter your age or fitness level Pilates is for Every "body".

It is what shapes  our studio into a fun, laughter filled space you will fall in love with .
